Will I get a refund?

Due to the nature of services/content provided by Travelista Ami/Travelista Tribe, we are unable to to refund any package or digital product after it is purchased. Deposits, plan to go fees, consulting and all digital products are non-refundable.

Each client planning or booking a trip must accept & sign our travel agreement. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your trip. Declination of travel insurance may result in loss of all travel costs and/or subject to cancellation fee(s) per person.

In addition, please follow and carefully review the return policies for our merchandise shipper Teespring and or affiliate partner products via their sites.

How do I request trip planning services?

Do you offer trip payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available for certain itineraries booked 45+ days in advance.

Why do I pay a trip planning fee?

A trip planning fee is assessed for your trip planner’s time, convenience, and research.

Are you certified? 

Yes, we are certified as an independent contractor under The Travel Koe LLC & hold liability insurance.
